Course Coach will operate under a subscription based revenue model. The subscription will be offered for a specific quantity of users at a number of different purchasing levels. For example for smaller institutions a basic subscription will cover 0-50 users, a larger institution may have a subscription range of 1,000-1,500 users. As institutions increase the number of users on the subscription small discounts will be applied. Annual subscriptions align well with most educational institutions as funding and new program objectives are typically established and revisited each school year.

A subscription based revenue model provides a number of benefits. This model will help establish a steady stream of revenue and decrease the need for repeat marketing to existing clients persuading them to continue to make purchases. Stable and predictable revenue from Phase 1 subscriptions can then be used to develop Phase 2. Once Phase 2 is accomplished this can in turn aid in the development of Phase 3. A subscription based revenue model provides the stability needed to expand our tool and to continue to focus on client service and quality.
